It has a well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, 3 cable flat screen TVs, and Wi Fi internet access. There is a spacious living area and an enclosed porch and a large deck with a gas grill and an extra propane tank.
It also features a fire pit,
a picnic table, a sand beach, 3 kayaks, an excellent swimming area and a great cove for water skiing, tubing, sailing, boating, and fishing.
