Newly updated, cozy carriage house detached from the main house with private entrance surrounded by lush gardens and patio deck. Offers privacy and solitude in a relaxing oasis. Wireless internet and HDTV included.

The cottage is professionally cleaned and sanitized according to CDC recommendations (see details in pics), inventoried, and restocked.

Cozy comfortable place!

This studio is very comfortable with all that you need for a pleasant stay. A great location next to the Botanical Garden and Piedmont Park and a short walk to the High Museum and Woodruff Arts Center. The host was very accommodating - highly recommend staying here,

Beautiful small cottage in gorgeous neighborhood

Absolutely Amazing

This is the perfect spot for a cozy retreat in the very busy city of Atlanta. Located perfectly to reach any place in the city in 15-20 minutes. Super clean well appointed room with parking 30 feet away and situated in a upscale neighborhood. Greg the owner is a super nice guy as well.

A Perfect Getaway - 5 Stars!I recently had the pleasure of staying at the "Steps to Piedmont Park - Cozy Midtown/Ansley Park Cottage," and I can't recommend it highly enough! The Carriage House is beautifully decorated, combining modern amenities with a charming, cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail is impressive, making every corner inviting and comfortable. The kitchenette was well-equipped. Location-wise, you couldn’t ask for more. Just a short walk to the stunning Piedmont Park and the Botanical Garden. The neighborhood is vibrant, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, making it easy to immerse ourselves in the local culture.The host, Greg, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. We got to meet his sweet cats and he even let us borrow ice for our evening cocktails which was so kind. Overall, our stay at this Carriage House was nothing short of perfect. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the city, this gem is the ideal choice. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect midtown Atlanta getaway

Wonderful place in midtown. Greg was a wonderful host. The place was clean and cozy. It has an amazing garden associated with it. Easily walkable to the botanical gardens. Would happily stay again.

What a wonderful gem! The place has everything you could need, in a fantastic location. Walkable to lots of attractions in a quiet safe neighborhood. We loved Greg’s place! It is so cozy! The are is great, right across from the piedmont park and botanical gardens. Area is quiet and we were able to easily get to places we wanted to see in Atlanta. Greg is super friendly and always willing to answer questions. Will definitely stay again if in the Atlanta area.

Second Time Around

This was the second time we stayed. We know the quality of the place and the perfect location for us. Greg is so attentive and warm and he made it easy to enjoy ourselves. Impeccably clean, organized, beautiful grounds, and so much better than a hotel. Easy parking and accessible to Atlanta.

Loved this Neighborhood!

This property was perfect for us, and our host was very communicative which was so appreciated! The property is in a beautiful area with easy access to the botanical garden, the Piedmont and other parks and several public transportation options. We felt safe and secure here and really enjoyed the architecture and charm of this area. The host provided recommendations for eating and they were all delicious too!!! Excellent three days in Atlanta!

Quaint cottage

This beautiful cottage was exactly what we needed after each day touring Atlanta. It was spotless and perfectly decorated. The barn door and knotty pine flooring gave the cottage character. Coming home to the cottage in such a beautiful neighborhood, was relaxing and special. Also, Greg was very welcoming and available if needed. We highly recommend this studio haven in a top Atlanta neighborhood.

Beautiful property. Great location. Greg is an an absolutely amazing host. The carriage is small and cozy. It is perfectly comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Located blocks from the Botanical Garden, Piedmont Park and the Beltline. The cleanliness was far and above par!! Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy, safe parking. Perfect in my opinion. I will definitely be back for another in town getaway.

Great Experience

My husband and I were in Atlanta to see a Braves game. The location was wonderful!!! Very safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants. A VERY SHORT walk to Piedmont Park and the botanical Gardens (right across the street), which were both great to visit. Also, a quick drive to the downtown area and to the Braves stadium. The host, Greg was awesome!!! He recommended some great places to eat and was there to answer any questions we had. He went as far as to grab us Eclipse glasses so we could enjoy the eclipse. Accommodations were very nice and bed was very comfortable.

Respite on The Prado

The room was very small but quite adequate. It had everything we needed, and it was immaculate. The bed was a dream, and I did not have a backache in the morning. That's probably a first for me. The garden is absolutely gorgeous and reminds me of Europe. The area is quaint, lovely, quiet and hard to leave. The owner is a wonderful host, very helpful, and we enjoyed our conversations with him and his neighbors. I have known of this neighborhood all my life and was not disappointed to be a guest there. I would love to go again.
