My wife and I had a week in New Englad. We stayed in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. This was the last night of our vacation, and we needed a room close to the Boston airport. Most of the hotels in the area had very expensive rooms for this night, but this room was economicable and fit our needs.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness overall was not great. The hallway rugs were dirty and had litter. The room’s bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (mold in drain, stain on shower curtain, floor and trim were dirty).

We stayed there and took subway to Boston. The building itself was dirty and back door did not work properly( our entrance). Overall the room. Itself was clean, bed was too soft and more pillows were needed. They did not have adequate supplies in the kitchen. Also- coffee pot but no regular coffee.

Unfortunately I couldn't see what hotel I was booking until I paid. I also could not cancel as my booking did not allow cancelations. I was disappointed when I first arrived. The property smells terrible like cigarette smoke. The first room I given was dirty, the bed was not made and there was a trashcan full of trash in the room. I went back to the lobby and was assigned another room. The microwave was not clean and the top of the refrigerator was very dusty. I also had to ask for a chair for the desk although pictures show that the room comes with a desk chair. The only good part was the friendly front desk staff.

While the room and hotel were clean and most of the staff were wonderful one member whos name I missed was rude and obnoxious and down right indignant towards me during my stay. The first two nights of my stay the fire alarm went off so I had asked if that was a regular occurrence. While doing so I was wearing a mask and he he ignored my question and proceeded to ask me why I was wearing a mask. Despite my explaining I was trying to watch out for my self since I have family who are immunocompromised he continued to ask why I was wearing it in an almost offended tone. I eventually spoke to a much more polite and understanding member of staff who answered my questions and was helpful with other information I was curious about. Overall the facility was wonderful and the accommodations were amazingly kept.
