It was a basement apartment not a house. And the address was different. The upstairs address was the one listed. So it too a while to find because we got there really late and only the the other number was lit. It was mostly clean the door doesn’t close all the way on the bottom so bugs would come in through the bottom. I would just vacuum every time we got in. I would have been nose to have some where to sit down and eat. There was no table just the living room couch to eat on or stand.

This is a cute little basement-only suite. We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable and the living space was cozy. Hosts were excellent with communication. We had all of the essentials, plus a lot of convenient things to make our stay even better. We visited in July and it was pretty warm. There’s no AC so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable even with windows open. A few more fans throughout would be fantastic for airflow. The property was super convenient to BYU and nearby restaurants. We loved the area and felt safe walking around outside. Would definitely recommend.
