This home offers three spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with a cozy queen bed, plush linens, and plenty of room to unwind. Two full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and ample storage, perfect for families, couples, or small groups traveling together. A brand-new memory foam pullout mattress is also available (just inquire for linens!).

Living & Dining
Enjoy a bright, open-concept living space filled with natural light and stylish décor. The comfortable living room features a Smart TV, making it easy to stream your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and more. Gather around the indoor dining table with seating for six (including the fun fur chairs!), or take meals outside and enjoy Charleston’s beautiful weather.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both quick bites and home-cooked meals, featuring high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, a coffee maker, and basic spices, everything you need to feel right at home.

Outdoor Spaces
Step into a charming backyard oasis with a bubbling fountain that sets a peaceful, relaxing tone. Upstairs, the patio offers comfortable seating for up to eight guests along with an outdoor TV, perfect for game nights, casual gatherings, or sunset cocktails. Multiple outdoor dining areas invite you to soak up the Lowcountry atmosphere. Please note: the upstairs outdoor patio is shared with a long-term tenant on site.

Technology & Amenities
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, plus Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. A washer and dryer are also included for added convenience during longer stays.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
