A private room in a self-contained legal and spacious lower unit with private entrance. Onsite FREE parking, Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer. Located in a quite and central area (less than 20 minutes to Toronto Pearson airport, 28 minutes to downtown Toronto, and approximately 60 minutes to Niagara Falls) .Unit has three bedrooms and two full washrooms. Two washrooms, kitchen, and living room is shared with other guests (depending on occupancy of other two rooms) A few minutes walk (560 meters) to Erin Mills Town Centre (Cineplex, Tim Hortons, Walmart, Food court, and more). Walking distance to 24-hours Goodlife Fitness, Community Centre, Starbucks, McDonalds, Loblaws, Shoppers etc. Close to many restaurants (Afghan, Turkish, Egyptian/Arab, Pakistani, Indian, Asian etc.), park, sports-filed, and walking-trail. Minutes to Highway 403 and 401. Room comes with a queen bed, dresser, night table, and a chair. Full kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove and fridge. Iron and ironing stand. Backs on to the park and sports-field.
