Relax in our 2022 built CUSTOM, 1500 sq ft single story house, 3 BR/2ba with access to 2 car epoxy garage for your cars and can park 2 more cars in the driveway, this is in a very private 1 acre property located at the LEFT SIDE BACK of the owner's house. Separate driveway, separate building thus, DETACHED from the main owner's house. You will be blown away with the spacious modern kitchen, cool showers, super comfortable beds, very clean space, for the use of pickleball court, guest will be given a call for the guest to e-sign the waiver before check-in. We provide luxurious Hybrid mattress such as Winkbed and Dreamcloud with comfortable hypoallergenic pillows. We have cool showers and shutters for privacy! Our space is very clean and very comfortable, we live in the property so if there is anyting you need, we are here for you to have a perfect stay! License: 21445829

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please turn off the faucets, lights, AC, ceiling fans and any electronics such as TV when you leave the house. Close all the windows, doors and garage door (if applicable).

All items inside the guest house are accounted for, please make sure nothing is accidentally taken from the property. All things, toiletries, supplies and amenities, shall remain inside the property.

Please text the host at 480-612-3019 upon check-out from the property so we can start the turn-over process for the next guest/s, thank you so much.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

SEPTIC Plumbing. TOILET: Human waste and toilet paper only. NO flushable. SINK: LIQUID only, no solids or OIL. If clogged, cost is charged to guests

NO PETS/animals OR $100/day charge. NO SMOKING inside/outside OR $200/day charge. If found, reservation is cancelled without refunds + charges stated.

Maximum of 6 guests. Unapproved visitors or overnight guest, names will be submitted to the host. If found, reservation is cancelled without refunds.
