This historic neighborhood is a 1.5 mile walk to the edge of campus near Aggie Park and is 2.0 miles from Kyle Field. It is the perfect location to enjoy a weekend in College Station.
What makes this property unique
This property is updated and has an amazing bonus room that was added on in 2019. It has a spacious backyard, is super clean, 2 living spaces, and an open kitchen. We love staying there ourselves!
