The house is situated right on "Whale Shark Alley" and is a mere 60m from the water's edge!

As such, you will be treated to Humpback Whales breaching no more than 150m from your balcony! Add to that regular sightings of Whale Sharks, Giant Mantas, Dolphins and schools of fish!

You are 300m from the world famous Tofinho surf break, and about 1KM from the center of Tofo itself.

The house offers guests an amzing opportunity to relax and enjoy this unspoilt paradise. Unwind and do some Yoga on the massive balcony, read a book at night and listen to the whales frolic in the waters below you.

And when you want a bit of adventure, it can be found at your doorstep! World class Surfing, Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, Fishing, Spearfishing, Dirtbiking and more are all within walking distance of the property.

The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is airconditioned. The other 2 bedrooms can make use of the main bathroom, or guest bathroom, allowing for maximum privacy for all guests.

The kitchen is well stocked with all the cutlery and crockery you need, as well as a Gas Stove, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster.

The lounge sports a flat-screen TV, and Pioneer Home Entertainment system for when you feel like pumping a bit of music and getting your boogie on.

The yard is spacious and lush, providing a cool place for the kids and pets to play while the adults get their hard earned rest.

This property has the best ocean views in the whole of Tofo.

Where else in the world can you sit on your balcony and see up to 40 Humpback Whales a day, no more than a few hundred metres away from you?

They come so close that you can watch them play with their calves, hear them breathe and look them in the eye when they "Spy Hop"

The house itself is upmarket, but not pretentious. It is located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, where one can truly relax without any fear or hesitation.

The closest beach is 200m away, and the world famous Tofinho surf break is only 300m away. Both are however quiet and unspoilt, even in the busy season.
