Our home is available during the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, and is on average 15/20mins drive time from all major venues.
We welcome everyone with an openhearted, friendly and relaxed manner.
Our home is spacious, amazing, peaceful, fun and serene.
We are very close to all types of amenities and experiences, but far enough away to live on 12 acres of Eucalyptus forest.
During your stay you will be provided with a Continental Breakfast of varied cereals, kettle, tea & coffee, milk & sugar. These amenities are supplied within your own room.
During your stay, you can access all of the communal areas including the swimming pool.

I am a Scottish nurse working locally who is married to an Irish bus driver. We have lived in our home for 11 years, love & keep animals and enjoy sharing stories & humor with interesting people and having fun. We also love to share our interest in sustainability and our unique surroundings on 12 acres of Eucalyptus forest. We have free range animals, kangaroos & kookaburras, miniature goats and egg laying chickens, dog and cat around the property, coming up to your door! We eat well, work hard and play even better! We are described by others as friendly and chilled! Our life motto is to 'Be happy & enjoy life whilst helping others to do the same'
Why they chose this property
The first time I saw the view from this home was towards The Hinze Dam, and it instantly reminded me of a Scottish Loch. (Rod loves the opposite view towards the coast, as he was born at the Irish seaside).
When we come up the steep hill, we leave the hustle & bustle behind, & enter into nature & serenity. (Many people, even locals don't know we exist up here!) We also are only 10mins from the motorway and access to all our regular needs, like shops. Nearby is an airport, lots of cultural & fun activities, & beautiful beaches.
