'Just Another Day In Paradise' in our 2BR-2BA Villa

Welcome to the sunny skies of Hilton Head Island! Hilton Head is known not only for it's beautiful white sandy beaches and amazing sunrises and sunsets but also for the many recreational activities available. Enjoy fishing, boating, golf, tennis, dolphin watching and much more. Miles and miles of bike paths serve as an easy access to our many restaurants and shops, as well as Hilton Heads famous Coligny Circle.

Our fully furnished two bedroom and two bath villa is located on the ground floor of the Dunes Villa complex. A reserved parking spot is just steps away from the front door. When not at the beach, enjoy the convenience of our outdoor pool. The Dunes complex is directly across from the Marriott Grand Ocean Resort, which has a beach side tiki bar open to the public. The Alder Beach public access provides a short and easy walk to the beach and has outside showers and public restrooms.

Our beautifully updated family friendly and super clean villa has new paint, carpet, ceramic tile floors, and Corian counter tops. Our no step villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a side by side washer and dryer, comfortable seating, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon! All you need to bring are your clothes and beach towels! The master bedroom has a comfortable and new queen size bed. The second bedroom as two twin size beds. There is also a queen size pull out couch located in the spacious living room. Both the living room and bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. The living room also has a VHS player. We provide cable TV and secured WIFI

We have done our best to make this villa your home away from home, and we look forward to you returning for years to come! Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am.

We had a great stay in HHI. The villa was exactly as presented and the location cant be beat! So close to everything and less than a block from the beach. We enjoyed the washer and dryer in the unit, as well as the pool in the complex.

We had what we needed for cooking. Villa was clean and mostly comfortable. Pool is close, was heated the first few days and then the water got cold. It is a good location to walk to beach and Coligny. This was our 2nd stay and the hosts are easy to contact. It’s a beachy little Villa and we would stay again.

We had a great stay! The villa was clean and the kitchen was well equiped. The bikes were a huge plus, along with beach chairs and toys. The place had everything you need. We had so much fun riding bikes around the island. They have incredible bike paths that will take you anywhere you want to go. I accidentally left behind a few items and they made it very easy for me to retrieve them. We will definitely be back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here, very quiet condo complex. The condo was perfect, very clean, fully stocked, comfortable beds, etc. Location was perfect as well, the beach was just a short walk or bike ride away, and a short enjoyable bike ride to the Coligny shopping center. The owners were the best I have ever worked with thru VRBO, excellent communication and really made sure our stay would be perfect. Will stay here again for future visits.

The condo was in an ideal location, a short walk to the beach, equipped with all the beach gear needed as well as bikes for the whole family! It was clean and also provided all the needed kitchen utensils and generous stock of other essentials (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc), which is so helpful when you’re traveling!

Our family comes to HHI every year and this has been one of the best places we’ve stayed in! The location was absolutely perfect, walking distance to the beach, also a nice shaded path to walk/run on, or to go for a bike ride! A Wonderful Stay

We had a fantastic time. The property fit all 6 of us nicely. We loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. We were located 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from shops and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool. We will be staying here again!
