This house was beautifully restored in 2011. Our guest feel immersed in 18-th century France, real mahogany furniture, high quality linens. Suburb breakfast made from locally grown ingredients. Lots of space, great for groups, weddings, seminars. Located close to interstate 90. Very close to Cooperstown, Turning Stone Casino, Herkimer Diamond Mind, Boat Cruise. Charming and Wonderful

From the first time we spoke to the property managers, Leo and Valerie, we knew we had made the right decision to stay at their beautiful bed and breakfast. The property is peaceful and comfortable, rooms clean and well put together in a sweet, Old French home decor. The bed was comfortable and the room felt more like home than your average rental typically does. The breakfast was delicious, country farmstyle-and the hosts sit and eat and converse like family. We had a most enjoyable stay, and would absolutely stay here again. It was a very charming, very pleasant experience.

Hi, my name is Valerie (Valentina) Reasen. I came to US from USSR
in 1977 with my husband Leo and my 3 y.o. son Jerry. It was a cultural and emotional shock to me for next 10 years. i was and still amazed by this beautiful country and its people. in Russia they told me that America is cruel and unfriendly place, and people are hungry and dying on the street. In 1985 we open up gymnastic school in Brooklyn NY for children. I was happy teaching kids all what i know and see how they change over the years. This property we bought initially for overnight summer camp. We run it from 1999-2010 when I retired from gymnastic school and converted this property to lovely Bed and Breakfast. I love what I do, I love meeting people, talking to them and hosting their stay.
