Great location, easy access to the beach and some decent breakfast spots. Clean and comfortable. Communication was a little delayed and disjointed but everything worked out perfectly for our stay. Thanks for a nice weekend!

The condo itself was nice, clean, and the location in Miami Beach was good. However, there were additional costs and policies that were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. Parking in the building cost 45 per day (135 total for my stay), and before arrival the host also attempted to charge a 50 late check-in fee after 9 PM. Both of these items appear to have been added to the listing after my reservation. Aside from that, the unit itself was comfortable.
