➺ PLEASE NOTE: While we provide a high chair (with buckle) and many kids items, THE HOME IS NOT "CHILD-SAFE" FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE. The kitchen cabinets are not equipped with child locks, the dressers and furniture are not fixed to the wall with child safety bands, the water is hot, the outlets do not have safety plugs and the front and back yards are not fenced. PARENTS WITH YOUNG CHILDREN ARE ADVISED TO STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

➺ PLEASE NOTE: The backyard is fenced on 2 out of 3 sides, and the BACKYARD IS SHARED with the other side of the duplex. While the back porch is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, it is not entirely private. It is similar to a townhouse patio, and visible to the next door neighbor's backyard.

➺ PLEASE NOTE: We are happy to accommodate early check-in if possible. If the previous guest is checking out the morning of your stay, an early check-in is usually not possible. We have a high standard for cleaning, and require most of the time between guests to clean.

➺ There is a 24 hour QuickTrip gas station & convenience store located at the end of the block, a quarter of a mile away. QuickTrip has a very large convenience store for a gas station with a fast food restaurant inside. Both Kroger and Publix are a very short distance away, less than 5 minute drive to either one. It's also very easy to get Uber eats to deliver 24 hours a day.

➺ House Rules:
NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE. Smoking is only allowed OUTSIDE on the back deck, front porch, or in the front or back yards.

NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES allowed on the property

NO LARGE EVENTS OR PARTIES. Maximum of 12 adults allowed on property at any one time.

My stay was great! The location was very convenient, a short drive to the Buckhead conference center as well as several great restaurants nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The home itself was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed to stay comfortable while working remotely. The kitchen was beautiful and the bed was especially comfortable! Check-in and check-out were easy, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, which made the experience stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, David & Claire, for being great hosts.

We had a perfect stay! The home was very clean and really had everything we needed. I was in Atlanta attending an event with family at Emory University, it was super convenient, only a few minutes’ drive to campus. The area was safe and quiet at night, and there was a setup for sitting on the back porch. The beds were extra comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was set up to cook for a group. Overall, this exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend it.

What an awesome place! So awesome in fact that I’m inspired to do some redecorating at my own house. Best. Kitchen. Ever. Just really great all around, you can tell the host(s) really work hard to make it comfy and like, normal(in the best way) but maybe familiar is a better word. Anyways, super cool.

Our family travels often and stays in vacation rentals regularly, and this was easily one of the cleanest and most comfortable homes we’ve stayed in. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and the house was spotless, fresh, and incredibly well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone slept great each night. Traveling with a toddler can sometimes be challenging, but this home was perfect for families. Our son loved the kid’s room with the bunk beds, toys, and books, and it kept him entertained throughout the trip. We also hosted a couple of friends during our stay and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The kitchen was fantastic and very well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which made mornings and family dinners easy. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and peaceful, while still being in a very central location with easy access to everything around Atlanta. We visited the Georgia Aquarium during our trip and it was a short drive from the house. With so much to do around Atlanta and how comfortable the home was, we honestly wished we had stayed longer. We would definitely book this home again the next time we’re in Atlanta!
