Located on almost 1 hectare with spectacular views of the lake and volcanoes.
You have access to a beach that is across Route 225.
Very close to Fundo Playa Venado, which is tourist attraction for adults and children.
The house is located in a nice and quiet place, where you can connect with nature, your family and friends.

- Independent dining room with capacity for more than 10 comfortable people, Fireplace and exit to the terrace and Garden
- Access chiflonera
- Spacious living room overlooking Lake and volcano
- Visitor Bathroom
- Very spacious kitchen remodeled in 2021 fully equipped
- Complete room with Quen Bed and bathroom
- Loggia, Caldera, Ropa washing machine.

- Master piece with full bathroom, panoramic lake view and volcano
- Piece with Bed Nido square and 1/2
- Full bathroom with tub.
