Our group stayed here for a work meeting and the communication was great, the property and facilities were nicely renovated and clean, and there is ample space for large groups.

Perfect Gathering Place

My large family spent the weekend at Park Place for my daughter’s wedding weekend and it was the perfect place to gather for our multigenerational group. The downstairs game room had everything the kids and adults needed for entertainment and the theater room was great for watching football. With both families traveling from out of state for our daughter’s wedding, this gave us a huge space to come together.

Very nice place for a large group getaway, plenty of space for kids to play, numerous activities in the house, poker and theatre rooms are very nice. We enjoyed our three night stay, attractions in Louisville are easy to access from this location.

Perfect place for a large group!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect! Plenty of spaces to gather as a large group, but with options for those who wanted quiet time alone also. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Amazing property!

Brandon was wonderful to work with and flexible. He recommended this property when the previous one we reserved was too small for our needs and it was perfect. The main room is beautiful with an amazing kitchen. There are plenty of bedrooms with a variety of options so everyone was happy with their bedroom. The game room and movie theater downstairs are amazing, it rained all weekend but that didn't matter since there is so much to do in the house. It is perfect for family gathering or event.

Host was amazing. Extremely responsive and helpful. This place is spectacular. Really loved all of the care and detail they put into the place. So many things to do here without needing to leave. More than enough room for our 30 party group to talk, catchup, hang out, and spend time together. Would love to be able to stay here again in the future. Local food scene was really good as well. The night we brought in pizza (from PARLOUR) was delicious. Thank you again for the amazing weekend!
The Louisville Slugger Museum was a must stop.

We had the most amazing experience at Park Place! The property was beautiful, so clean and everything we needed while staying with our team for a basketball tournament. We scrambled to locate a replacement property when our original booking had a flooded basement. Dennis and Brandon were so helpful and welcoming! I could not give this a higher 5-star review. Best VRBO we have ever stayed at!!!
