Ocean Park is a residential, oceanfront, pedestrian-oriented community in San Juan. Ocean Park is one of forty San Juan, Puerto Rico neighborhoods. In the north are the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, close to hotels and other attractions such as nightclubs, casinos, shops, and restaurants. Ocean Park is one of the island's primary neighborhoods near the beach.
Guest will have access to the entire apartment and public shared areas within the apartment complex, including the pool.
Our comfortable one-bedroom in Isla Verde meets all requirements to provide a pleasant stay making it the perfect choice for your next Puerto Rico vacation rental. Our property is located in the heart of Isla Verde, putting you a few steps from the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. It features a fully equipped kitchen, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. In addition, the stylish décor and modern furnishings will make you feel at home.
This beautifully designed, Mediterranean-inspired apartment is located steps from the beach in Isla Verde. Villa Playa is a renovated gated community in the heart of Isla Verde and features a new pool.
At Otium, we pride ourselves on offering our guests only the best vacation rentals in Puerto Rico. That's why we hand-select each of our properties based on strict criteria, including an excellent location, high-quality amenities, affordability, and stylish décor.
We provide parking free of charge. Parking in Ocean Park and San Juan is limited. We recommend that our guests do not rent cars unless planning to travel out of San Juan often. In addition to Condado being very walkable, taxicab service, Uber, and electric scooters are abundant and easy to hail.
Construction is currently taking place in the building from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (local time). Noise may be present during these hours.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.
We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.
Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We’ve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.
Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
