Perfect for a romantic getaway, weekend retreat of relaxation, beach walking, shell collecting and the most stunning sunsets in the world!

Prime location in the heart of Clearwater beach, close to the best restaurants, bars, and shops. Just a few blocks away is a children's playground and pickleball courts. Everything you need for your next beach escape.

This unit is #6 of 6 (property is perfect for small family reunions, wedding parties or friend-cations) with a large outside pation commmon area, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. This first floor 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath is called the Sea Turtle, it features a brand new super comfortable QUEEN BED, large closet and Smart TV, extra large living area with sofa and another Smart TV, bathroom with walk in shower (includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels) beach towels and chairs, small kitchen table for 2, also 2 bar stools for the kitchen counter dining or hanging out and a FULL KITCHEN! Kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, sink, fully stocked with kitchen utensils, dinnerware, silverware, cookware and more!

Brank new Mini Splits (A/C, Heat & dehumidifiers) will keep your unit as ICE COLD or as warm as YOU want to be!

The outside common space feels like you are in your own backyard with a brick patio with large covered grill, fire pit, water fountain and seating area for each unit, as well as larger tables with umbrellas for outside dining. Also, there's an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a day at the beach. The common area also has beach toys, coolers and even beach wagons, available on a first come first serve basis.

Laundry facilities are also located in the common area for those who have longer stays.
Playpens, cribs and high chairs are available upon request.

Check in was quick and easy. Location is fantastic. North Beach is great and happens to be open to dogs which was a great surprise! Very short walk to the beach, bayside, as well as an easy walk to food. Bed was comfortable, AC effective, and plenty of seating. The shared patio area with other units is quiet and private, a great addition to the overall experience.Communication with the host was a bit slow, but we didn't have any urgent issues arise that made that a big problem. The shades on the doors don't offer much privacy, so we recommended to the host that they make an adjustment on those.Overall, very positive experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Good if you are just looking for a basic place to sleep - internet was awful - the front door had a huge gap around it that you could see daylight thru with a flimsy lock - no deadbolt. Back door wasnt any better. Just did not feel very safe. Full-size refrig was great.
