Being rented for the first time, the home is well-equipped and has all-new linens. The open social area allows for ample entertaining space. This home has two outdoor entertaining areas: a side terrace with beautiful views, a sectional, a gas fire bowl, and a dining table; and a private back yard with hot tub, garden seating, a gas grill, and an outdoor gas firepit. Unlimited high-speed internet, Sonos speakers in every room, subscriptions to all major streaming services, and a robust printer. Media room with large screen TV, surround sound, and TVs in all bedrooms.
