Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
****Before you go/ Check out**** - Dispose or take all open container food. - Dirty dishes - Load in dish washer & begin wash cycle. - Remove all trash from home & dispose in outdoor trash bins.
-Air fryer Basket- remove food & wash if used. - Dirty towels - gather & place on bathroom floor. - Turn off /Disconnect -Lights, Ceiling fans small appliances, toaster, air fryer, coffee maker etc.
-Porch Light - LEAVE ON! - Remove all trash from home & dispose of trash bin located on side of home. -(Outside) Dispose of cigarette buds in trash. - Secure home -Lock exterior doors & windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All Guest must be disclosed! We reserve the right to charge for each guest over 4 or request you vacate with no refund.
Driver's License is required for each adult over 18 yrs. of age, and we require year, make, model, color, license plate of vehicles parked overnight.
We do seek reimbursement for damaged items or missing items. NO, Vaping is allowed.

The communication from the host throughout the stay was great!! The house was super clean, the beds were very comfy, and all the little things like how the host left us some coffees and snacks. The towels were super soft, the AC worked great, and the smelled nice. Very awesome place to stay. Next time we come we are definitely staying here again.

Everything about our visit was great. The house is very well updated and very accommodating. HEB and restraunts close by. Quiet neighborhood. I hope its available my next visit!!

This casita was lovely and had the space we needed along with enough towels and washcloths. Had issues using the keypad to open the door and did not feel secure where the window in the dining room did not have blinds and it was a direct view to the bathroom. Overall we would stay there again.

House was great!! Very comfortable and modern. Only thing I had troublw with was the lack of rails to hold onto when climbing steps to back door. I have RA and getting up the steps was difficult. Loved the shower!!

We stayed during the 4th of July weekend and staying at this casita was the best decision. The beds were comfortable, the double shower head was amazing. It was close to HEB and local restaurants. The house was very comfy and cozy. Communication with the host was great as she answered quickly. We will defintely stay again on our next visit to Del Rio.

Our stay overall was great! The house was so nice and clean, beds were very comfortable and the shower was so nice!! The location was perfect for our needs. Will definitely stay here again when we travel back to Del Rio. Monica the host had excellent communication and responded quickly. We stayed June 2026
