Nicely furnished home with two-car garage located close to both recreation centers.

Totally remodeled.

Living room features flat screen SMART TV .

Spacious kitchen with double oven, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pantry, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils.

Roomy master bedroom has king bed, Large smart TV, night stands and dressers. Master bath has walk-in tiled shower, large vanity and walk-in closet.

Second bedroom has queen bed, night stand and dresser. There is a queen air mattress for additional guests.

The quiet and peaceful rear patio has patio table and chairs, gas grill and a water feature. The property backs up to Granite Falls North golf course.

Full access to all Sun City Grand amenities for stays of 30 days or longer can purchased through Sun City Grand. This includes two state of the art fitness centers, four pools, 2 large hot tubs, putting green, tennis, pickle ball, reduced golf rates, lawn bowling, activity clubs, workshops, classes and much more.

One renter must be at least 45 years of age and children under 19 are allowed for a maximum of 14 days. Minimum rental term of 30 days. During December-March a minimum of 45 day rental is required.
