Niovi Seaside Suite is a brand new 2017 luxurious suite located 30 kilometers west of Chania, 4 kilometers East of Kissamos in the middle of the bay a few steps from the sea. The location is ideal for someone to visit the world-famous beaches of Balos, Falarsana and Elafonissos. The property is next to the sea. The outdoor area has a pool, barbecue, a private parking and garden with flowers and grass lawn.

The suite is ground floor (5 steps above ground).Has an area of 65 sq.m. and includes a living room with sofa that becomes a double bed, two bedrooms with king beds, two bathrooms and large verandas with great view to the sea and to the mountain. Can accommodate 4 + 2 persons.
The suite has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and as well an air-condition in each room.
