This home combines comfort with fun — enjoy evenings by the fire pit, friendly games of pickleball or ping pong, or simply relax on the private sandy beach with beautiful lake views. Inside, you’ll find modern finishes, open-concept living spaces, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind.

Important Information:

◆ We require booking guest to at least 25 years of age at time of booking. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for age verification. If the booking guest is under 25, this must be disclosed in writing and written approval from PMI Northwoods must be obtained prior to check-in. Failure to provide accurate information, valid identification, or required approval may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with Airbnb policies and PMI Northwoods rental terms.

◆ The booking guest must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Northwoods Portal powered by Guesty prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $200 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6.50 every additional night.

◆ Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
