Classic beach decor and a family-friendly design make this condo a great pick for groups eager to get to the beach! Enjoy a view of the neighborhood lake from your own private balcony furnished for extended outdoor lounging. Inside, central air conditioning and three ceiling fans will help keep everyone comfortable. Younger guests can relax in rooms of their own toward the entrance, while guests of the main bedroom can enjoy an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and standalone shower. The private washer/dryer makes it easier to pack light. Cook up something delicious on the private gas grill! In addition to a close proximity to the beach, guests can enjoy access to shared hot tubs and pools at the neighborhood Clubhouse. Prepare for true relaxation near the beach in this condo!

This oceanfront community allows beach access at multiple points. If you want some time on the green, Rees Jones Creek Course and Palm Harbor Golf Club are both within eight miles! History buffs will love being just over 10 miles of the Fort Matanzas National Monument, where guests can explore and learn about the history of the area. The city of St. Augustine (which features another historical stop, Castillo de San Marcos) is just under 25 miles out from the condo.
