Welcome to your home away from home nestled in a quiet area of Capitol Hill. You'll be steps away from enjoying the restaurants, coffee shops, and energy of one of Seattle's iconic neighborhoods. All ways of getting around are perfect from our location. You'll have a coveted dedicated parking spot 15 seconds from your front door but also access to the newly built RapidRide (arrive downtown Seattle in 15 minutes door to door) and the Light Rail station (less than a 20-minute walk) as excellent public transit options. Even ride shares benefit with an average wait time of 1–3 minutes.
You’ll have a fully stocked kitchen and modern amenities including Wi-Fi access. Complimentary coffee/tea station with an automatic coffee machine, and you'll have everything you need to make a pourover if you buy some local beans. Full high-end Italian cooking range with full cookware. There is an alcove desk and office chair downstairs if you need to work in seclusion. The main level overlooks a well-maintained courtyard, and the private terrace offers views of the downtown Seattle skyline.
If you’d like to add some spontaneity to your travel plans, look on the second floor for the hand-written list of places that are mostly off the radar, curated recommendations within a 15-minute walk.

Trash & Recycling Instructions
- We will rely on your assistance for trash and recycling.
- We have one large recycling can and one smaller trash can located in the backyard inside the gated area.
- On Thursday night, please roll both bins out to the curb through the alley for collection. We will message you for assistance.
- Please only use our bins—do not place trash in the neighbors’ cans.
- Please do not put waste into the recycling or vice versa, otherwise you may incur additional fines from the city.

• Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
• NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
