Very happy with everything!!!!! We went for the Kentucky Derby and the house was so perfectly decorated! Location was excellent as well! Smoothest visit!!! Look forward to booking again when we return.

The property was wonderful. My husband liked that it had its own parking so you didn’t have to park out on the street A plus.!! the communication was wonderful. We had no issues. It was clean very spacious. We just loved the Derby room.

The property is lovely on the inside with all amenities provided. The parking pad in the back is also a big plus for not having to fight for parking on the street. We also took full advantage of the e hot tub and fire pit as well. The only downside is the neighborhood is not one that we would walk around so all Louisville activities need to be reached via car. Also there is quite a bit of noise from the airport/airplanes, trains that are both nearby. Overall we had a great visit and would recommend the property.

Hi Lynn, it was such a pleasure having you stay with us and we love knowing you got to take full advantage of the hot tub out back. As for the neighborhood, the property sits right in the heart of Louisville's bar, restaurant, and nightlife scene, and that energy and walkability are a big part of why people choose the location. Like any lively urban district, it stays active well into the evening, and the same precautions people would naturally take in any city's nightlife area apply here too. We will say that being situated so close to the center of town does mean experiencing some typical urban sounds from the nearby trains and passing planes. We would love to host you again!

This property has very fun Kentucky Derby / horse racing decor throughout. Great communication with BNB Louisville who made sure I had received check-in instructions and proactively touched base during my stay to ensure everything was going well. I'd stay again.
