Adequate, but nothing more. Bikes in the garage are unsafe to use and a weak water heater leads to a lot of cold showers. But it has all the essentials for SunRiver: hot tub, A/C and SHARC passes. Very few amenities and in need of some updates, but it sleeps 8 comfortably and the location near Cardinal Bridge is fantastic.

Great, just what we expected.

Good location for us, fishing and biking. The hot tub was too cold. Only reached 99 F. It wasn’t useable. Otherwise the house met our expectations.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for your review and feedback, Patrick! Our hot tubs are all taken care of by third party companies with whom we stay in touch each week. Any time there is an issue in one of our homes, please contact our front desk so we can attend to it as soon as possible. We'll have the hot tub company double check that hot tub for correct functionality. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and the home and we look forward to having you back! -Cascara Vacation Rentals

Enjoyable time in Sunriver

The house perfectly met our needs and apart from some minor issues which were immediately addressed we were very pleased. The home is spacious with two rooms downstairs which was perfect for us as my husband was on crutches and my 90 year old father has difficulty with stairs and the teens had their own rooms upstairs. The house is a bit dated but had everything we needed. It was basic but clean and well stocked. We appreciated the helpfulness of the management company’s employees very much and were very pleased with the experience as a whole.

Pleasant stay

Overall the stay was nice. The house is comfortable and close to the river, which made for nice walks. The dog likes it as well. There was an issue with cleanliness at first. The dishwasher or the cleaning service didn’t do a good job. Most of the silverware and cups were greasy and dirty, including the items left in the dishwasher. We had to hand wash the items before we could use them.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay minus the dish washing, we actually just found out the dishwasher is not working so we are getting a new one ordered. Please let us know next time as we could have taken care of that for you.
