Private bedroom in a 2BR condo minutes from UGA & downtown Athens. You’ll have your own cozy room with fresh linens, towels, and basic soaps in my mother’s condo. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room, and dining area. My mom lives in the other bedroom booking. Options are available for entire condo rental available upon request only. Gated community with easy access to campus, restaurants, and shops. Perfect for short stays or visiting Athens events. My mom will be in home and with her service animals unless arranged to be a private full home rental in advance with us (send us a private message to set up). Please send me all your questions and I’ll get back to you right away!
