Spacious upper-level 2BR rear unit in a quiet pocket of central San Jose. Two queen bedrooms, full kitchen with granite counters and dishwasher, dedicated workspace, and gigabit fiber Wi-Fi 6 throughout. Two dedicated driveway parking spaces and self check-in. 10 minutes to SJC, downtown San Jose, the Convention Center, SAP Center, SJSU, and Diridon Caltrain. Central AC and heat, controlled remotely by the host (shared with one other unit). Sleeps 5 (twin sleeper ottoman). Pets welcome with approval.

Heat and AC: One central system serves this unit and one other unit, so the thermostat is locked and we control it remotely. We keep it between 68°F and 74°F. If you'd like it adjusted, just message us and we'll change it for you within that range.

You'll have full private access to the entire upper-level rear unit, including both bedrooms, the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and dedicated workspace.

Shared with other units on the property: the on-site laundry room (keypad access, code in your check-in message; please avoid 11 AM to 3 PM, our housekeeping window) and the driveway, which has 2 dedicated parking spaces for your unit. The backyard is shared with other guests on the property. You're welcome to use it, but it isn't exclusive to your unit.

Self check-in is via smart lock with a unique code generated for your stay. You'll receive check-in details and the Wi-Fi password by message before arrival. We're available by message anytime and most messages get a response within an hour.

Getting around
Quick access to I-280, Hwy-87, and US-101 puts all of Silicon Valley within reach. Diridon Station (Caltrain, Amtrak, ACE, VTA Light Rail) and SJC airport are about 10 minutes away. Uber and Lyft arrive within 5 to 10 minutes. The SoFA arts district and several cafes are within a 10-minute walk, and bike lanes connect to downtown and the Guadalupe River Trail.

Other things to note
- Other guests stay in the unit below yours. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM and are enforced for the comfort of everyone staying at the property.
- Pets: please walk dogs off-property and pick up after them.
- We're close to SJC, so you may hear an occasional airplane with the windows open.
