Located in Monroe, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. With 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms featuring a shower and jetted bathtub, and two cozy living rooms with one sofa bed, guests will find this property to be an enjoyable retreat. Heating, AC, iron, and hair dryer are provided for your convenience. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby!
We love our fur babies and we welcome yours too! We have a large, fully fenced backyard for them to run and play.

All three bedrooms feature Queen beds with pillow tops mattresses. One of the sofas in the second living room has a Queen pullout sofa bed. Every bedroom has a 43 inch Roku Tv.

The location of this wonderful home cannot be beat!
-Located just one mile from Forsythe Boat dock. Forsythe Park and Golf Course is even closer! (1/2 mile)
-6.8 miles from West Monroe Sports Complex
- 2.4 miles to St Francis Hospital
- 3.5 miles to ULM
- and about 30 minutes to the Meta Center.

You’ll find a fully stocked kitchen as well as a coffee/tea bar with to-go cups!
The neighborhood is super friendly and safe, located right behind Neville High School!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, well equipped and much bigger than expected. We spent a great deal of time in the back bonus room and on the back patio. The host responded quickly to all messages and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend it to others

What a great spot! Loved the location. Nice area for morning runs too. And we loved the couch in the house so much we ordered the same one once we got home

Ease of entry and exit! Perfect location for our adult children and their children to have a space for naps and regrouping while being close to our childhood home that was the central location for family meals etc. Very clean and great secure off street parking for our rental minivan from Florida. We will stay here again for sure!
