This home is well suited for a multi generation family or 2 families
The large outdoor living space is a true oasis and includes a salt water pool with travertine pool deck, gas grill, bar with bar stools, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating both in the sun and shade. Covered lanai is equipped with ceiling fans.
Quiet, safe location, central to where you want to be. Beach access 11 (lifeguarded) is less than a 5 min walk.You can take advantage of having a lifeguard, yet this beach access is not very crowded because it is not near the beach parking lot.
Easy walk to Siesta Key Village for restaurants, shopping, live music, or take the free trolley that traverses the entire Key. Trolley stop is at beach access (4 min walk)

If you’re coming to Siesta Key this is definitely a home you need to stay in! The host Tessie was absolutely fantastic with communication, prompt responses, and general care and concern on making our stay fantastic. The property was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and so extremely clean! It was a nice walk into the village and nice walk to the beach as well. The pool area is absolutely amazing with open space, with a beautiful grill, and wonderful ceiling fans throughout the entire house and outdoors as needed. The hot water consistently stayed hot throughout the entire home, even when we all were trying to shower at the same time. The open floor plan makes the house so welcoming, and the natural light is so bright. I highly recommend this home and can’t wait to return!
