Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Bradenton. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, this home can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. The home has two living areas creating a spacious environment. Enjoy the lakeviews from your sofa or from a sun lounger in the screened pool area.
The home has received all new mattresses and bedding in October 2025, ensuring the most comfortable of stays.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, European style furniture, television and walk in closet. It leads to the main bathroom that has a walk in shower, corner tub, dual vanities and WC.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, TV, closet. Bed 3 has 2 twin beds and closet. Both bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom which has a comi tub/shower, vanity and WC.
The kitchen is very spacious and has all modern appliances you would expect.
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $120 per week.

Our host was very accommodating and responded quickly to a minor TV issue. Had everything we needed. Overall location is great with a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to other areas of interest was excellent. Would rent again at his home.
