Stone house in La Franca, a few meters one of the most beautiful beaches in Asturias and next to a beautiful waterfall. It has four separate apartments. two with 2 double bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed. 2 bathrooms upstairs (one with corner bath) and a bathroom downstairs (4-6 people). And two more; one double bedroom , a lounge with sofa bed for three people, 1 bathrooms (2-5 people).Each apartment is equipped with kitchen, fireplace, dishwasher, microwave or oven (or both in the biggers), dryer, blender, iron, TV, DVD, ... everything. The property has a barbecue and a small pool, private parking and lawns, which can be used by home users. Ask the possibility of extend the capacity in the big apartments. Important: This advert is only for the whole house (big groups of 16 or more); if you are a family or little group, look the adverts with the single apartments and choose the adequate. Thanks.

appartement bruyant et poussiéreux à déconseiller

Cet appartement est situé sur la route reliant 2 secteurs de l'autoroute du nord en construction .... Il y a donc 1 trafic très important correspondant à 1 autoroute en bas de chez vous. Il n'y a aucune possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres côté chambres, qui donnent sur cette route. Le bruit est donc constant nuit et jour. La poussière est également omniprésente et le ménage laisse à désirer . En effet le propriétaire n'est pas sur place et ne peut constater lui-même l'état de son appartement. La piscine n'est pas non plus praticable. Dommage car la région est intéressante.....

Tous les locataires savoir à l'avance la situation du logement, et il est vrai que, jusqu'à le fin des travaux de l'autoroute à début de 2013, le trafic est ennuyeux parfois, mais ils sont plus de 50 familles qui visitent la maison chaque année , et beaucoup d'entre eux le répète, donc je suppose que ce ne sera pas insupportable. Ni le locataire précédente, ni le suivant ont indiqué que le logement n'était pas perfectement propre, même s'il est vrai que le fait que les rénovations sont achevées récemment, même les murs de pierre montre quelques grains, mais elle est commune dans ce type de logement . 99% des utilisateurs sont satisfaits, mais j'essaie d'être à 100%. Desolé.
