The condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Longmont and I25. There is ample parking that is close to the condo for easy unpacking. The host was responsive and helpful. There are nice sidewalks and grassy areas in the neighborhood to walk your dog. However beware the “external reviews” rating of 9.5. A 7.5-8 would be a more appropriate score. The condo is worn, the kitchen is sparsely appointed (bring your own toaster, etc), and there are unpleasant odors that differ from room to room. Some things can be easily improved like the sole kitchen towel that was stained, the very old, used sponge in the sink, the food left in the frig door and open chips left in with the pots and pans, and the plethora of take out food containers in the cupboards. These gave it a very weird vibe.

Lisa, our cleaners smelled nothing before or after your stay and the carpets had been cleaned just before your stay. The home is dog friendly, as stated in the listing, so that is something to keep in mind for those who would prefer a place an animal has never been in. Our kitchen is provisioned with all of the normal basics. A toaster was not promised, so if something specific is important to you, please ask on booking and we will make sure to tell you if it is there or not. This listing is budget-friendly, so we keep our cost down, and yours, by providing all of the basics in a clean, convenient part of town with the ability to sleep large groups and pets.
