House is very clean, recently renovated and very comfortable. Location is great, a short bike ride to downtown and to the beach. We had a great stay and would book this location again.

We had a wonderful week! The house was great for our group of 8. Clean, newly updated with all that we could have wanted- the kitchen was especially well appointed. Outdoor space was perfect including a new outdoor shower. Kristin was super helpful when booking and great throughout our stay!

My family just completed a 10 day stay at this wonderful home and it was perfect. We hosted our parents and have two children and everyone was incredibly comfortable. The house was very well appointed and had everything we could hope for to cook at home and go to the beach. They even graciously lent us their bicycles which we pedaled around the island, including on the bike path right outside the home. We loved the location… a short bike ride to town, state beach, south beach, morning glory farm, the farm institute and airfield. Kristin was a wonderful host and highly responsive to every question or request. We look forward to returning again.
