Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. This home just feels right when you walk in.
Neat, clean and comfy. Keurig machine and pods for the morning go juice--fully furnished kitchen, clean beds with soft sheets. Games and books in living room, beach chairs, ice chest and water toys in garage along with gas BBQ grill. Washer and dryer available for use.
Close proximity to Aransas Pass Aquatic Center, quick drive to Port A ferry, Rockport, Conn Brown Harbor, Ingleside and HEB's in either direction!
Boat or RV parking in back yard with double gates for access. Easy check-in, check-out.

The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved that it had a place to park the boat and was so close to the Ransom Park boat ramp. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Hi, I'm Joan, your host for this precious home my family and I lovingly refer to as the coast house. It holds a special spot in all of our hearts as my parents (RIP) purchased it when they knew their first grandson was on his way. Over the years, their grandchild tribe grew to 3. Each one of them loves this home and the memories created here. We live up IH 37 outside the San Antonio metro area in Medina County. Making this home available for others to enjoy has been a labor of love. It's bittersweet when I arrive, as my mind knows how much my parents loved it and how proud they would be of what we've done. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Exceptionally clean, neat, and tidy, it’s a welcoming place to unwind. The adjoining lot is fenced together with the home, providing extra space for boat parking when needed.
