The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Check out is 11am
• Please strip the beds & leave the bedding in the center of each mattress. For sofa beds, kindly strip the bedding, fold the sofa back up, and place the used linens on the sofa.
• Please wash and put away any dishes that don’t fit in the dishwasher.
• Empty kitchen trash into the garage bin. If staying Monday night, roll the dumpster to the curb for Tuesday pickup.
• Before leaving, lock all sliding doors and the front door (lift handle, turn left at the same time). Close the garage door after you depart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
