Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place bagged trash in outside black bin.
Clean up after dogs inside and outside. Place doggie bags in black trash bin. Any damages from pets will be charged to you.
NO Smoking inside or outside. If ozone treatment is needed, you will be charged $500.
Be sure to close and lock all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
