The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please be sure the doors to the balcony and secured/locked. Lock the main door. Close all blinds
Remember to leave building key & rearview mirror parking pass on the counter. Forgetting to leave either will result in additional $50 fee
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than two unrelated individuals renting the unit at the same time. No PETS- renters and their guests are not permitted to have pets.
BALCONY/HALLWAYS- No ski equipment or other items are permitted. We provided a ski locker in the parking garage.
QUIET HOURS- 10 pm - 8am every day, late night disturbances should be reported to the Avon Police Department xxx-xxx-xxxx
