Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please close the door and leave the keys on top of the table, please the trash goes in the trash room in the lobby ( door at the end of the lobby )
If you guys cook please do the dishes. Everything else we will take care of it . I hope you enjoy the stay. Have a safe trip back home

Great location. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Neighbors were a little loud in the morning but I think that's pretty normal considering you're in NYC. Photos are accurate. Great host, easy to communicate with.

The apartment had everything we needed and was close to Penn Station, Broadway, shopping, eateries and subway stations. Phillipe was very helpful and communicative. Overall we enjoyed our stay once we figured out how to work the entry locks.

Check in was a little rough. Host asked to delay by 10 minutes because the inspector was there. And then we had to be let in by another tenet of the apartment complex. Host also asked us to tell the inspector we were friends and visiting if questioned. The communication was horrible overall. We went multiple messages about things like the remote batteries dying, the internet only working one night, and got no response or urge to fix these things. Internet and TV are both included in this stay. The unit has 2 air conditioners; only one of them turned on and it has a change filter indicator. It also randomly turns off. The fire alarm also won’t stop beeping. We are being charged for a cleaning fee however there’s ridiculous dust build up and an obviously dirty blanket (I have pictures of the blanket).

The check-in process was not convenient. We had to go pick up the keys at a different location. The listing says it sleeps 4. It doesn’t. There’s a full size bed in the the bedroom. The living room has a sofa, but it doesn’t open into a bed. I was traveling with my adult son, so we didn’t want to sleep in the same bed.
