Great location! Can't beat it for the price. Phillipe was a wonderful host, very accommodating. There were 4 of us in our party. It was tight but we made it work. We had everything we needed. I would stay here again.

It was a cozy place and good for two adults and our daughter. Our host was so lovely, loved having two breakfast shops around the corner, and a good neighborhood. The place was clean, check out was super easy, ac worked like a champ, and the space was quiet. The city noise didn’t bother us one bit.

The apartment had everything we needed and was close to Penn Station, Broadway, shopping, eateries and subway stations. Phillipe was very helpful and communicative. Overall we enjoyed our stay once we figured out how to work the entry locks.

Close to the station, 2 blocks away from Time Sq. All in all 10/10. There were 4 of us so we were given a queen sized air mattress. Space is a lil bit tight for 4 of us but we make do with what we have.

Overall the apt. was fine. Great location! But the couch was not a pull out double as listed. The bathroom was really tiny but we made it work. Stairs were tricky. The noise from upstairs tenants was frequent especially during the night. But it was basically ok.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious Manhattan apartment. The location was fantastic— just steps away from Broadway and walking distance from countless restaurants, shops, and activities, which made it very convenient. The host and cohost ensured check in process was smooth and hassle free, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The apartment had plenty of space to unwind and relax, which is a rare find in the city.One thing to note is there are four flights of stairs to access the apartment. This didn’t bother us at all, but may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommend this Vrbo!

The check-in process was not convenient. We had to go pick up the keys at a different location. The listing says it sleeps 4. It doesn’t. There’s a full size bed in the the bedroom. The living room has a sofa, but it doesn’t open into a bed. I was traveling with my adult son, so we didn’t want to sleep in the same bed.

Check in was a little rough. Host asked to delay by 10 minutes because the inspector was there. And then we had to be let in by another tenet of the apartment complex. Host also asked us to tell the inspector we were friends and visiting if questioned. The communication was horrible overall. We went multiple messages about things like the remote batteries dying, the internet only working one night, and got no response or urge to fix these things. Internet and TV are both included in this stay. The unit has 2 air conditioners; only one of them turned on and it has a change filter indicator. It also randomly turns off. The fire alarm also won’t stop beeping. We are being charged for a cleaning fee however there’s ridiculous dust build up and an obviously dirty blanket (I have pictures of the blanket).
