Huge 45000 gal pool With 3 bedrooms including 3 queen beds 65 inch TVs and an outside guest house with a/c an inflatable mattress and 1 futon, this brilliant property is perfect for families or groups of friends(welcome to bring extra air mattress for more guests). Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms with amenities like full coffe bar, dartboard ,85inch tv, disc golf .Whether you're looking for fitness equipment, heating, or AC, this awesome house has it all. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. This home is close to Martinez Lake on the lower Colorado river, and will have a boat dock available for usage during stay for free. Martinez Lake hosts 50 fishing tournaments a year and all water sports. If you do not want to leave your boat at the dock overnight, home has plenty of parking space for multiple boats. You Like atv/sxs riding ? Leave right from the property onto miles of open legal riding. Only 25 minutes from butter cup sand dunes and the Colorado river no more leaving your toys at a hotel parking lot! No garage parking, but parking for multiple cars on property. We are on a unique culdsac with only one neighbor. Please keep it down (outside)after 11pm on weekends and 10pm on weekdays. Please be respectful when parking in neighborhood and always pick up outside trash . N0 PARTIES

The back yard is amazing! Awesome pool and great grill. The home is super clean and set up to have a great time. The 85'' TV was great to watch movies and the video games kept the kids busy. i would love to stay here again.

Alex is an excellent host. She was extremely accommodating. She was very knowledgeable about Yuma and helped us locate the areas we were interested in visiting. Her response time was very quick Her house and pool were clean and beautiful. There are big TVs in every room. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The location was close to everything you could want. Alex told us of a place by the Colorado River where we spent a day relaxing, fishing, and having a picnic. Some families were swimming. If you need a place to stay, you will not find a better place or host.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and can’t say enough good things about this VRBO or the hosts. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly responsive and genuinely cared about making our trip smooth and enjoyable. Communication was fast, clear, and friendly — the kind that immediately puts you at ease.They struck the perfect balance between being available and respecting our privacy. We never felt hovered over, but we also never felt like we were on our own. They proactively shared great recommendations for fun things to do around town, local spots to eat, and little insider tips that made the trip even better.Our flight delay ended up pushing back our departure, and they were so accommodating and kind about letting us adjust. Instead of adding stress at the tail end of the trip, they made everything easy and reassured us the whole way. That level of flexibility and understanding is rare and meant a lot.The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described (honestly even better in person). You can tell it’s cared for with real attention to detail, and it made the whole stay feel effortless.We loved it so much that we already booked another trip for March — and that probably says it all. If you’re considering this place, book it. We would 100% recommend it without hesitation. Truly over-the-top amazing hosts and an awesome property. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
