About this property

Starry Skies & Fresh Air | Glamping Tent

Across 140 acres of apple orchards, rolling meadows, shady pines, and wide-open skies, our retreat is a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature.

Your private tent captures the magic of camping with the comfort of a cozy hideaway. Inside, you’ll find a plush king bed, fresh linens, heating, AC, and electrical outlets — everything you need for a restful night beneath starry skies. Step outside in the morning to crisp mountain air, birdsong, and the scent of Ponderosa pines, a refreshing shift from daily routines.

Life at Manzano Mountain Retreat moves with the rhythm of the land. Families enjoy meeting our miniature donkeys, Highland cows, ponies, and peacocks. Couples wander quiet orchard paths or relax along forest trails. Adventurers set off into the Cibola National Forest or explore the historic Quarai Ruins, while others spend lazy afternoons by the pool or evenings gathered around the firepit.

Dining is part of the charm. On weekends, start your day with a hearty breakfast buffet. Weekdays feature fresh, made-to-order meals, and the Mercantile shop offers snacks, drinks, and local goods daily. In the fall, our orchards come alive with harvest traditions, cider pressing, and donuts that keep guests returning year after year.

Guests often tell us they leave feeling lighter, more connected, and full of memories. Whether it’s a romantic getaway, family adventure, or personal retreat, you’ll find the pace unhurried, the welcome genuine, and the mountains embracing you with calm.

Loved our glamping stay at Manzano Mountain Retreat

My husband and I decided to go glamping to celebrate our first year anniversary, we wanted to get away from the city to enjoy nature, This place was amazing! Super relaxing with beautiful views of the woods all around. The bed was so cozy and comfortable, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We also loved the adorable farm animals, it made the stay extra special! The food was delicious too. Everything about this place was perfect for a peaceful getaway. Can’t wait to go back,
