The property and accommodations were both amazing and exceeded my expectations. Atmosphere, serenity and amazing views in every direction. Wish we would have been able to stay longer.The amenities and attention to detail were amazing, everything was clean and fresh. Cannot recommend more strongly.

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at. Love everything about it. Our last night we walked up the lane to talk to Bobby and Fiera turned around to see a beautiful view of the barn and rolling green fields. Our grands are older but they acted like little kids when they drove down the lane to the barn.

The home is beautiful and the rolling pastures surrounding thr barn are gorgeous. The view is spectacular. Loved watching the cows, horses and donkey. Several flocks of gesse also flew over to the pond.

Book Now!!! Amazing Place!!

We had the most amazing time at FarRhode! The owners thought of everything. The place is so beautiful and well stocked with everything you could need. The view from any window is stunning and the star gazing off the deck at night was spectacular. We saw cows, horses, geese, a skunk and “Bobby” the donkey. The location is perfect for the bourbon trail and Keeneland. We will definitely be renting again!

I found this to be a difficult review to write because our experience was a mix of excellent and frustrating. On the positive side, the property was gorgeous, spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for enjoying all of the surrounding attractions. We would absolutely consider staying here again, and we truly appreciate the host sharing this lovely home with guests.Unfortunately, there were several significant issues that detracted from our stay. Communication with the host and management company was disappointing. Emails sent before our arrival went unanswered, and we did not receive our entry codes until just a few hours before check-in, which created unnecessary stress while we were traveling.Additionally, the third bedroom was not supplied with bedding—no sheets, pillowcases, or even un-shammed pillows. This made for a difficult sleeping arrangement for the adults using that room. We reached out to both the host and the management company to request the missing items, but those messages also went unanswered.Despite these challenges, we still had a wonderful trip and enjoyed everything else the home had to offer. With more responsive communication and better attention to basic guest needs, these issues could have been resolved quickly and easily, making this a true five-star experience.
