Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Make sure fridge and freezer is empty. Load and run the dishwasher before leaving. Bag all kitchen and bathroom trash, place it in the outdoor bins located in the back of the house,
Turn off the AC unit and return the heat to its original setting if it was adjusted during your stay.
If anything breaks or isn’t working, let us know right away so we can fix it quickly
Turn off all lights, lock all doors and windows when leaving the property .When leaving, please pull the door shut, enter code 1124, and press the round button on top until you hear the lock engage
