Just 8 minutes drive to Commonwealth Games Stadium Metricon. This home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. An ideal family stay or a group of up to 6 people, if you have any special requirements please let me know so we can accomodate.
Peace, quiet & tranquility is how I'd describe my home with crisp, neutral & uncluttered styling. Features include: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, driveway and parking for guests. The property is located in Robina, Gold Coast, Australia which is located on the East Coast. Just 5 minutes drive to the 2nd largest shopping centre, 8 minutes drive to the Commonwealth Games Stadium, 5 minutes to Beach, 30 minutes to Mt Tambourine and 40 minutes to Brisbane. QShopping Centre less than 2 minutes away and Pacific Fair and Broadbeach only 10 minutes drive.
If you like walking, there are great walking paths all around Robina.
Buses are available just 2minutes walk away. Buses travel frequently North & Southbound.
The light rail will be accessible from Helensvale train station in 2018 ready for the Commonwealth Games. The light rail stops @ Gold Coast University Hospital, Griffith University, the Games Village, Southport [swimming venue], Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach to name a few.
