I’m Nicole, a travel advisor who spends most of the year helping families and groups plan memorable trips all over the world. Hosting this property is an extension of what I love most: creating a stay that feels seamless, comfortable, and elevated. I chose this villa because it's the kind of place I would want for my own family vacations — spacious, warm, and in a location that simplifies everything.

Heavenly Village is one of the most convenient and enjoyable areas in South Lake Tahoe. You can walk to everything — restaurants, cafés, shops, the gondola, rentals, spas, and year-round activities for all ages. Winter or summer, the area has an energy that feels lively but still relaxed.
I chose this neighborhood because it gives guests the rare chance to enjoy Tahoe without relying on a car, which makes the trip easier, safer, and far more enjoyable (especially during ski season). Everything you need is truly right outside the door.

This villa stands out because of its size, comfort, and the advantages of being inside the Marriott Grand Residence Club. With 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, and space for up to 8 guests, it’s one of the most spacious layouts in the entire resort.
The extra bathroom is a huge benefit for families and groups, and the full kitchen makes longer stays much easier. Guests also enjoy access to all resort amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, spa, gym, ski storage, concierge, and the beautiful lobby.

What makes it even more special is the location: you're just steps from the Heavenly gondola and in the center of Heavenly Village. Very few properties in Tahoe offer this combination of space, luxury, and walkability.
