Our stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and communication issues.The biggest problem was that one of the doors came off its hinge because it was so loose. We contacted management, but no maintenance was sent to help while we were there. We also noticed mold underneath the bathroom shower tray, which was concerning. It felt like the bedding cover was not washed. There was crumbs behind the garbage can.There was no hot water in the kitchen, making it difficult to wash dishes. The house was stocked with only the bare minimum—one dish towel, no extra garbage bags, no basic spices or pantry items, and very few supplies overall. It felt more like a starter kit than a home prepared for guests.The check-in information was also lacking. We weren’t told that we needed an app to access the pool, so we couldn’t use it until we figured that out ourselves. There were no instructions on how to get through the gate or where to dispose of the garbage and recycling, which made things unnecessarily frustrating. There was wine glasses, but not a corkscrew. The property itself has potential, but between the maintenance issues, lack of supplies, and poor communication, it did not provide the comfortable, hassle-free experience we expected. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests. We left a day early because it was better to stay in a hotel. And not offered a refund for that last night.
