The cleanliness of the house which was most important. The amenities were awesome and the kids had a great time with the entertainment that was available in the house. The location was also nice.

The host was great I shall say. There were a couple of things that I feel could have been better. 1 being making sure the house has all it needs for the amount of guest on the reservation (towels,washcloths,enough tissue, etc!), leaving instructions for the guest on how to work the movie theatre would be great as well. Couple of things were broken on arrival as well. Overall it was a great house to stay in.

We provide 22 full sets of towels for guest use, with one complete set intended for each guest. We truly appreciate your suggestion and will add clear instructions for using the theater system. The setup is quite simple—each remote controls the projector, speakers, and Xbox. We didn’t hear from you during your stay; otherwise, we would have been more than happy to come by and walk you through everything or assist with anything you needed. Thank you again for your recommendation, and we’re happy you had a great stay.

The property was nice but the kitchen wasn’t well stocked. No salt or pepper or any basics. Only three wine glasses. Pans were very old and worn. Plenty of plates, coffee cups and silverware. Should have more bath soap. Lovely decor and fun kids rooms. Game room really fun and all games worked. Overall a very enjoyable time. Joy was totally responsive as our host.
