Welcome to our fully furnished 3BHK flat in a calm and peaceful neighborhood. One private room is currently available, ideal for travelers, working professionals looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

The flat is well-maintained and offers a homely atmosphere with no restrictions on timings. We value cleanliness and would love to host someone who appreciates the same.

This is a well-maintained 3BHK flat on the 2nd floor. Two rooms are occupied by respectful long-term female renters, and one private room is currently available, it is fully private with secure locks. Long-term renters are always welcome.

Shared access - Kitchen, Terrace, Hall, Balcony.

House Rules:

1. As part of our check-in process, we now require government-issued photo IDs for all adult guests once your reservation is confirmed with no exceptions. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.

2. QUIET HOURS: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Other 2 private rooms are occupied long term. Any noise level should be kept at minimum like TV, music, conversations etc.

3. NO NUISANCE : Home is in peaceful family friendly neighborhood in residential area. Absolutely NO overnight parties inside or outside the home. No excessive foot traffic. Any complaints will lead to lower rating and penalties.

4. NO Smoking of any kind INSIDE the rental home. Cigarettes or Cigars are allowed OUTSIDE ONLY ensuring proper disposal of cigarette butts & litter.

5. Small PETs allowed during term of stay. Owner approval and additional deposit is required. MUST DISCLOSE PETS during booking request.

6. Clean up the kitchen appliances/utensils after use.
