Great home for a couple, a family, or some friends getting together for a beach trip. Enjoy your a cocktail out on the screened lanai, or head over to the beach for a beautiful sunset. With Venice an easy 8 mile drive to the north, there is no shortage of things to do. Check out the downtown shopping area, or head over to Venice Beach to soak up some rays and enjoy the warm gulf water (Venice Beach is also well known for shark tooth hunting).
